EPSON Cloud Solution registration and use is mandatory - For non Print-head replacement calls the target is for an engineer to be onsite to repair your Epson within 1 day of call being received. CoverPlus does not cover replacement of items designated as maintenance items or parts that have reached the end of their life. The Pack also includes training for 1 key user for the print head replacement and maintenance of your EPSON product.
