- Projectors with 4K PRO-UHD Resolution
Projectors with 4K PRO-UHD Resolution
DELIVER AN AMAZING 4K UHD EXPERIENCE WITH ADVANCED PIXEL-SHIFTING, RESOLUTION-ENHANCEMENT TECHNOLOGY1.
4K PRO-UHD
What is 4K PRO-UHD1 ?
Epson 4K PRO-UHD1 is not just a resolution specification. It encompasses all of the factors impacting image performance, including colour and white brightness, contrast, HDR10, colour processing, as well as the capability of receiving, processing and projecting 4K content. As a result, images are more lifelike and exceed Full HD resolution.
4K-Enhancement technology

Ultra-High Definition
4K-Enhancement technology
Accept 4K UHD content and upscale non-4K content to deliver amazing lifelike images exceeding Full HD resolution by shifting each pixel diagonally by 0.5 pixels to double the resolution.
This doubles the Full HD resolution from 1920 x 1080 to 4K 3840 x 2160.
3LCD technology2
No colour wheels
No white segments
No rainbow effects
HDR10 High Dynamic Range
High Dynamic Range gives images more depth and allows you to see incredible detail that’s previously not been possible. HDR enriches colours making images feel more natural yet intense and ultimately, more immersive.
100% colour brightness
When colour brightness is lower, those colours may appear duller and washed out. Simply put, dull colours can make the image as a whole look lifeless.
They can also make detail hard to see and may fall short when it comes to maintaining interest and attention. This might not be an issue in a darkened cinema setting but in an everyday living room it can be a real problem.
Epson projectors show bright images even in natural daylight due to having an equal white and colour light output³.
L*a*b* Ultra-wide colour gamut
Colour gamut is the colour pallet that a given technology or process is capable of reproducing.
L*a*b* Ultra-wide colour gamut displays a greater range of lifelike colours for a richer and more realistic display.
Rich black contrast
High contrast ratios of up to 2,500,000:1 allow for optimum picture quality, with clearly defined shadow detail and deep blacks
Meet the range
¹ 4K Enhancement Technology shifts each pixel diagonally to double Full HD resolution. Resolution is Full HD in 3D Mode.
