Windows 11: Epson Software Updater not recognising printers

Description

When running Epson Software Updater for a USB connected product on Windows 11, the software will be unable to identify the product. This means no results will be presented like firmware.

Solution

Please run Epson Software Updater after 1st October 2021 and a new version of Epson Software Updater will be made available, which fixes the issue.
