Incorrect Cut Interval when using Mac Driver CW-C6x00 series

Explanation:

When using the Mac driver, printing multiple pages/sheets and adjusting the Cut Interval it may always cut after every label printed; even when the Cut Interval field is two or greater. For example, if you are printing 10 copies and set the Cut Interval to 2 pages, it will cut after every page.

This is caused by the Collate Pages setting in Paper Handling settings being checked by default. It can be resolved by deselecting/unchecking the Collate Pages setting.

Note:
The same behaviour is possible in the Windows driver, but it already has the Collate Pages setting deselected/unchecked by default.
