Dye sublimation printing uses heat to transfer image directly to any surface (only polyester or compatible substrate). For example if printing on fabric, the media is printed with ink and then heat pressed with the fabric which creates a permanent print on the material.
Dye sublimation prints the ink into the fabric and can withstand normal washing without peeling, cracking or fading over time.
